Zuko helped Katara get justice with her mom, SO IT’S ONLY RIGHT THEY HAVE THIS KIND OF CONVERSATION, PLEASE.

Hello! :3 Thanks for sending me an anon ask! :D

Tbh, I don’t really have an “OTP” in A:TLA! :/ I kinda ship stuff, but I like…saw the finale first when I was introduced, so it was too late in the game to be a player, you know? xD

I do think Zutara would’ve been awesome. The plotline for them could’ve been really good and interesting, and I think that they’ve got a great sibling-esque bond in the finale, which could’ve easily been tweaked a little to have been a good romance. Their friendship was great, they had good chemistry, I think it could’ve worked. I wish they did it. It just would’ve been more fascinating than the you know “destined lovers at first sight” thing kataang had going on. :P Plus, the things that’ve been stated to death “scarred guy and healer”, “nations coming together in the end”, “common mommy issues”, etc. It had potential, imho.

Though, I must say, older!Kataang gets me. I like older!kataang. I ain’t feelin’ it in the show, but when I think about them in like their twenties, I dig it. Idk, I like them in their twenties. xD

Oh! I also think Jinko could’ve been cool. Like, say that after Zuko went good he had to go back to the Earth Kingdom to the girl he loved and confessed he lied to her and everything and then she discovers he’s not only Fire Nation, but now Fire Lord and like he’s all “I’ll understand if you won’t want to see me anymore” and she’s all “ik all along” and it could’ve made the Ba Sing Se betrayal so much more dramatic and intense omg. 

I kinda like Yue and Sokka too. But Suki and Sokka’s cool as well. Yeah. xD

As for TLOK…

They could be so good together, like they both are into engineering sort of, and Asami could teach Iroh how to drive a car and in turn, he teach her how to pilot a plane and omg. And, Asami could end up with the better Fire Bender and just YES. 

I also think “Honora” and Bumi is the best omg. I know they’re characters like don’t even exist yet, but the thought of like Katara and Aang and Zuko and most likely Mai’s kids being close enough to have fallen in love is just ankengkjtrgnr. And, then Katara, Aang, and Zuko would legit be like family and they’d share a grandson, and omg, it would’ve been the cutest thing ever, like right in the friendship feels. It could still happen with an extremely SLIM chance, but I’m 99.9% sure it didn’t and I wanna cry at the AWESOME wasted potential and omg OTP 5ever. I thought it was gonna be canon with Iroh II and Bumi’s uniforms but lolnope and I just
